Job Description
KeNIC is seeking a highly motivated and skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and a strong desire to provide excellent customer service. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, as well as provide training and support to end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure software and hardware
- Maintain and update documentation of IT systems and procedures
- Provide training and support to end-users
- Manage and maintain IT inventory
- Participate in IT projects and initiatives
- Collaborate with other IT team members to provide excellent customer service
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 2+ years of experience in IT support
- Strong technical skills in hardware and software troubleshooting
- Excellent customer service skills – Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Windows OS, and networking protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks – Knowledge of ITIL framework is a plus
